Ecce Medical
Founded in 1987 with a government loan as Synectics Medical Bvba by Mr. Philip Meyers with partial ownership by the Synectics mother company in Sweden. In 1996 Sweden created a new group by buying their urodynamics competitor Dantec and sold the new entity to Medtronic in 1997.Mr. Meyers acquired 100 % ownership of the Belgian company and made a name change to the actual Ecce Medical.
